  I discovered Lucid dreaming on my own when I was 17 or 18.
  I had no idea what was going on, all I knew was that it was…very strange and very outside of what my upbringing provided for.
  
  I mastered it by the time I was 23 and now at 31 I do not dream any other way. If I choose I can get by on 4 hrs of sleep a night and no more because the method seems to provide a greater sense of overall rest with heightened efficiency.
  
  Anyone here done any lucid dreaming?
