Can I just remind everyone that schizophrenia is just called shamanism in the east; I believe in dual existences;quantam phsyics or whatever term you use to look at it, so most or all of us may be "schizo". I think the problem happens when realities are confused. Have you seen the Fisher King? I think this is a good movie to delve more into the subject.

Schizophrenia is what I'd say 99.9999% of the people on earth have.

We all suffer from a constant chatter in our heads. We think that chatter is 'me' or 'I'. It's not. If you see someone walking down the street having a conversation with himself, you might think he's nuts. Thing is, we're all having that conversation inside; he's just doing it in a more pronounced way.

This infliction ends when you realize your Oneness with the Whole, that's where it fits in. Move beyond your attachment to your thoughts. Your thoughts and body are not who you are. Witness thoughts arise and label them 'Not me, not mine' as opposed to 'me' or 'I' or 'mine'.

Once you realize you're the witness to the thoughts and not the thoughts themselves, you'll be beyond the narcissistic ego mind and into Reality.
